RELATIONAL THERAPY FOR MEN & COUPLES

You know something needs to change. You just don't know how to change it.

Therapy for men and couples ready to break painful patterns and build more connected relationships.

There is a gap between what you care about and how you're able to show up when things get difficult.

MEN

You care deeply about the people in your life. You may just struggle to stay connected—to yourself or to them—when things get difficult.

You may be responsible, successful, and deeply committed to the people in your life.

And yet, when pain, shame, conflict, or discomfort shows up, something can get in the way.

COUPLES

You still care about each other. So why does it feel so hard to reach each other?

You may have built a life together and still find yourselves caught in the same painful conversations.

You want to experience your own pain—and hear the other's—without turning against each other.

What once helped you avoid pain can become the pattern now creating pain in your life and relationships.

They may have worked at one point.
The pattern makes sense. And it can still hurt.

About Seth

Many of the men I work with are used to holding it together.

From the outside, things may look fine. But underneath, there’s often pressure, the intensity of disconnection, and the —without a clear way to change it.

I work with men and couples to understand those patterns and shift them in real time. Not just through insight, but through how you actually show up in your relationships.

My background includes wilderness therapy, rites of passage work, and intensive group therapy with men—spaces where patterns come into focus quickly, and where real change becomes possible through honesty and connection.

In our work, you’ll be met with respect—and challenged to move toward the kind of relationships you actually want.
